FAQ

Questions, answered.

Everything you need to know about at-home blood draws, prep, service areas, payment, and safety.

Before your visit

Do I need a doctor’s order?
For most lab draws, yes. We collect against your physician’s order and deliver samples to the lab your provider specifies. Not sure what you have? Text us a photo of your paperwork and we’ll confirm.
How do I prepare for a fasting draw?
Nothing to eat or drink except water, typically for 8 to 12 hours. We book fasting draws early in the morning so your day isn’t held hostage.
What should I have ready at home?
Just yourself and a comfortable chair. We bring everything else.
